This project endavours to delve into the multifaceted concept of 'home' across physical and emotional dimensions. Here, it serves as a metaphorical focal point for discussions on migration, movement, and the intricate interplay of memories and emotions associated with it. What things and memories do people bring along with them when moving to a new city or country?
The video is a montage capturing the stories of diverse migrants. The lens focuses on individuals who've crossed borders for various reasons, sharing unique perspectives on 'Home.' The spotlight is on the items they carry, forming a tangible link to their homeland. The content unfolds with vivid memories, personal belongings, and emotions revealed during these intimate interviews. It's more than a visual experience; it's a narrative journey, unveiling the profound connections people forge with 'Home' amidst the backdrop of migration.
