Tribute to women in Textile

Techniques and tools: Weaving | Embroidery | Screen printing

The project was initiated as a homage to the women who have made significant contributions to the textile industry. Who also aimed to preserve the delicate intricacies of various textiles, acknowledging their cultural and artistic significance. The process included methods of weaving 'Phulkari' (a folk weave of northern part of India) along with screen printing for Batik printing inspired by Indonesia.
